Do you get some error message perhaps? Please remove it from the Translation Memory list, then add it again.
If that doesn't help, I'd also recommend deleting the plug-in and install it again using the AppStore integrated view inside Studio.
Create a new project and start anew, see if you get results.
If none of the above suggestions work, I'd recomend checking your DeepL subscription.
