Also, please confirm if you have saved the .csv file as .json file already?

So,what you will need once you get the JSON file is to either browse/drag and drop via Local Path or have your client send you the URL via Download tab:

I have the .json, and O am connect to my project in Google Cloud, but Glossaries and Not available...

Setting up Google can be challenging, and we understand that it may be difficult to provide instructions from our end.

We empathize with the struggle of establishing the basics. Due to the complexity involved, it's possible that not all procedures were followed completely. While it could be a user error, there's uncertainty surrounding whether there may be a more general issue. 

Alternatively, there's a possibility that our app may have some difficulty in properly linking with Google.

With this in mind, could we kindly request access to the sample files in their current state? This would enable us to conduct testing on a different version of the app, helping to rule out any potential errors stemming from the current version.

Additionally, we would greatly appreciate input from other Google users on this matter. Their confirmation regarding whether the current version is accurately retrieving glossaries would be invaluable for troubleshooting purposes.

Manue de la Pascua I see you have your glossary bucket setup in Google. Have you setup services and permissions to support this?

What version of Trados Studio are you using as I am not aware of their being issues with our Glossary Support in the App (provided all the configurations in Google were correctly implemented).

In the meantime, perhaps Michel Farhi-Chevillard Hanshin Kim and Jesse Good who are Google Cloud Translation users - can confirm if their Glossaries are working as expected.

Yes, I am sure they work properly, just that I am not able to configure it properly. Although from Google Cloud Translation Provider, when I click on "Navigate to your glossaries" I go to the my Google Cloud project, and to the Buckets, and I can see the glossary is there, but still getting the message Not available in GCTP

Sorry, we do not make use of glossaries at the moment with our Google Cloud custom engines in Trados.   We consider that the training of the engine is sufficient for our purposes.   We also actually no longer connect with the RWS app, but through a 3rd party hub app.  So, I cannot help.   Doesn't RWS have a google account and custom engine for testing?

Michel Farhi-Chevillard yes however I have custom models setup and before I configure Glossaries, I thought the wider community could confirm quicker.

Manue de la Pascua sounds like you are using an old version of the App - not that it should matter.

It could be: location is wrong or as I mentioned connecting the "Bucket against the service account permissions"
