AI professional cannot display translation of all segments after using Pre-translate

Question

This is the translation team from Wuxi Lead Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. We are now experiencing an issue on the AI professional plug. We contacted your team previously (Case Number: 00852308) but still got no answer. Here is the detailed description on the issue: 
 
 For example, after we selected pre-translate with AI professional. All segments on the right column cannot display the target translation in batches. The translation can only display after clicking each segment. 
 We hope to see translations of all segments on the right column once clicking the pre-translate icon. Is this possible?

Bene Bella When you want to perform a batch pre-translate we recommend you do the following: Batch Tasks - Pre-Translate and for safe measure I would recommend: 
 
 Create Custom batch task 
 First select: Pre-translate Files with AI Professional 
 Lastly: Pre-translate Files with AI Professional 
 
 Let me know if you get stuck as it works for me 
 With regards to the support case - I could followup to see why you did not get a reply. However all plugins are supported via the Community so you came to the right place
