Studio Trados 2024 — Use of AI Copilot with OpenAI subscription

Hello,

I recently installed Studio Trados 2024 Freelance plus and have been trying to use AI Copilot with my OpenAI subscription. I successfully obtained an API key from OpenAI. However, when attempting to test the connection within Studio Trados, I encountered the following error message:

Error Code: -2146233088

Message: Response status code does not indicate success: 404 (Not Found).

I would appreciate any advice or guidance on how to resolve this issue. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem and found a solution? Your insights would be greatly appreciated.

    A few things to check:

    • Are you sure there is no extra space when pasting in your API key
    • What model have you selected and do you have that model as part of your subscription


    Can you past what you have in the log file (if anything) to see if more error details are captured:C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Trados AppStore\OpenAI provider for Trados\Logs

    Hello Lydia,

    Thank you for your suggestions and assistance. Unfortunately, after double-checking, I can confirm that there are no extra spaces in my API key, and I have selected the appropriate model that is included in my subscription with OpenAI.

    I have attached the log file from the directory you mentioned: C:\Users[username]\AppData\Roaming\Trados AppStore\OpenAI provider for Trados\Logs. This log file contains the details from today's attempts to connect with GPT in Trados Studio 2024.

    Despite these efforts, I have not been able to make any progress. Please review the attached log file and advise on any further steps or solutions we can explore to resolve this issue.
