Why OpenAI charges me so much: 10 USD per 2000 s.w.? I use AI Professional plugin.

Hi! 
 I tried 2 times to use the plugin. And each time my budget flew away for a couple of minutes. 
 First time in May I topped it with 10 USD and for a couple of hours my translator spent them for a translation of about 2000 s.w.

Second time in June I again topped 10 USD for some tests and after translating a couple of segments in Trados, the budget was finished.

According to Open AI 1000 tokens are about 750 words. But for translation of 2000 s.w. it charged me more than 200k tokens. 
 Here is my prompt in the plugin: 
 "Act as an experience translator in the subject of the source text. Translate this text by applying the terms from the termbase attached to the project."

 What I am doing wrong?

 We no longer support AI Professional ( OpenAI Provider for Trados has superseded it), but nonetheless this sounds as though it may be more appropriate to discuss with OpenAI. Although they may have the same questions we would have given we cannot know how you worked or how much the API might be calling. A more controlled test would be needed to evaluate this properly. 
 Certainly we put through a lot more words than this just testing and don't blow that sort of budget.
