I am not able to connect via api to gpt.

Question

I am not able to connect via api to gpt. I have my openai account for api, I have api key. I put the key in as shown in the picture, click OK, but I keep getting the same error. Can you please tell me how to fix it?

 Check if you have a paid OpenAI API account; you should be able to confirm this from here . You can also check your API key that you created from here , and added this to the Model connection settings. For further assistance, review the log files: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Trados AppStore\OpenAI provider for Trados\Logs Other things to evaluate include: How can I solve 429: 'Too Many Requests' errors?
