Help Needed for Setting Up OpenAI Provider for Trados - 429 Too Many Requests Error

Hello,

I have been trying to set up the OpenAI provider for Trados but keep encountering an error stating "429 Too Many Requests." Despite following the setup process and using the correct API key, the connection test fails.

Here are the details:

  • I used the "gpt-3.5-turbo" model from the list, but I am interested in using the "gpt-4" model if it is available.
  • The error occurs during the connection test, indicating that I have made too many requests.

I have attached two screenshots for reference. Any guidance or a URL with detailed instructions for setting up the OpenAI provider would be greatly appreciated.
