Hello Marvin,
As an AI, I don't have real-time information or future release dates for specific plugins. However, the developers of the Comment View Plugin for Trados Studio are always working to update and improve their plugins to ensure compatibility with the latest versions of Trados Studio.
While I can't provide a specific date for when the Comment View Plugin will be available for Trados Studio 2024, I can assure you that the developers are likely aware of the new Trados Studio release and are working towards compatibility.
In the meantime, you can continue using the plugin with Trados Studio 2021 and 2022. Once the plugin is updated for Trados Studio 2024, it will be available for download from the RWS AppStore.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Best regards,

Not a bad reply from the AI... have you tried asking the developer?
In the meantime I can tell you that as the developer actually open-sourced his plugin, and since he has not updated it at all for some time, the Trados AppStore team have picked this up and will release an update for 2024 in due course.

thanks for your reply. Well then I might need to wait until the update comes out since the developers website got the last update in 2015.
In the meantime, the new version of the plugin for Studio 2024 has been released, but unfortunately, it does not work.
Hi Walter,
I don't think there is a new version of the plugin for 2024. I suspect it's the old version that for some reason is accessible via the onboard AppStore but shouldn't be.
Paul Daniel Brockmann - is this so?
All the best,
Ali
Hi Alison Field
No, it states clearly in the documentation that it is a new version from the Trados Appstore team:
And in fact, there are now two versions in the AppStore:
A bit confusing all this

Until you read the description ;-)
I guess we could remove the Capybara one since he doesn't support it anyway and hasn't updated it for some time.
