Ill update the existing Trados Copilot - Smart Review entry to help users be redirected if they require 2024 versions - so thank you for your post

Thank you for your answer. I have downloaded the app and installed it. It shows now in my ribbon in View. BUT it is not working. 
On the other hand I have read here in a different thread that was postetd for 3 months ago that it will be available in subscription. How and where do I subscribe?
