Can you help? Why isn't the Open AI plugin working? I have installed it to Trados Studio 2024.
But when I add the API key provided by Open AI it says I don't have resources.
Do I then need to buy the paid version of OPEN AI - CHAT GPT?

Sounds as though you have not set up an appropriate Tier in the billing and usage sections of the OpenAI website:

No... this is not ChatGPT. All you have to do is use an appropriate Tier for your billing (OpenAI is usage based) and then you'll be fine.
