Older versions of the OpenAi plugin are not available. I cannot restore the old plugin. It turns out the only update I performed was the plugin update. I am up to date on Trados and cannot revert back to an earlier version since there isn't one.

I suspect this advice comes too late but with regards to the unsigned plugins have you tried the solution that was outlined here
