Trados failed to launch after initializing

Hi all,

I have a few questions, and I need help from you guys.

I have been working on my project recently, and it's today morning that Trados suddenly crashed. And I have never been able to launch it again. (Please see the attached video.)

There was a pop-up msg appeared (as I believe it is usual to see such a msg). It appeared every time I launch Trados recently (seem like the plug-in was never successfully downloaded and installed on my device). Trados still fails to launch regardless of what answer selected on pop-up msg.

My questions:

1. How can I detect the source of the problem that make my Trados fail to launch? 

2. I try to uninstall and re-install the program, but the problem still exists. What should I do?

3. Is there any information that I need to provide, and how to fetch it in order to solve the issue? 

 Warning dialog titled 'Unsigned Trados Studio Plug-in Found' with a message about an unsigned plug-in detected by Trados Studio, asking if the user wants to load the plug-in with 'Yes' and 'No' options.

    What version of Trados Studio are you using? You should be able to yes or no without Studio Crashing.
    Do you recall what version of the app you have installed?

    If its crashing can you please send me the Studio logs which can be found here:

    Trados Studio 2024
    C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio18\logs

    Trados Studio 2022
    C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio17\logs

    To try remove the app entirely so that you can at least launch Studio without it crashing

    Please can you check these folders depending what your Trados version and if you see Language Weaver please remove it.

    Trados Studio 2024:
    C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\18\Plugins\Packages
    C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\18\Plugins\Unpacked

    Trados Studio 2022:
    C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\18\Plugins\Packages
    C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins\Unpacked

    If you do choose to reinstall Language Weaver once again (after root cause has been managed) please ensure you have the correct app version for the correct Studio version:
    2.0.4.0 - Trados Studio 2024
    1.0.5.0 - Trados Studio 2022 (SR2)
