Problem to open Trados because plug in

Yesterday, first day to receve the licence for trados 2024, the problem when i began to look how does work, a I receive a message that a plug in must be closed. I didn't undestand, I close Trados, I tried to restart but it does'nt work. I need your support as soon as possible. For me it's a big problem. To purchase in a day and in the same day i can't use it. How can i work if the problem not resolved?

    It would help more if you can add a screenshot of the exact message that you received. Also some details such as if the message appeared while you were working with some files or as soon as you launched Studio installation?

    However, if the message is indeed about a plugin, you can remove them from these locations:

    C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\18\Plugins\Package
    C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\18\Plugins\Unpacked
