2. Can you confirm the version of the plugin you're using?
3. Did you previously have an older version of this plugin installed?
4. Are you seeing any specific error messages when you try to launch Trados Studio? If so, could you share them with us?
5. Could you confirm the build number of your Trados Studio installation? You can find this under Help > About Trados Studio in the Trados Studio interface.

I’ve tried to reproduce the issue on my end but was unable to do so. Once we have your responses, we should be able to narrow down the cause and find a solution.
