DeepL Pro doesn't work despite no error messages and setting up completely new project and new TM

Hello!

I've mentioned the same problem with DeepL with another thread. It was solved then, and DeepL worked once I applied the instructions got here, but every single time when I create a new project, after a while or at the very beginning, DeepL doesn't work from the very start or stops working out of a sudden. Here's a screenshot of a new project with just DeepL and a new TM and one Word file. Reinstalling the plugin didn't help.

  • I have trados studio 2024.

    I followed all the instructions, deleted the plugin files, reintalled DeepL and the problem persists.
