I can reproduce this as well and I believe its down to supported projects in their state.

See below AEM (Vendor 1) is a cloud project not yet download, as noted in the project list view within Trados Studio.



However take a project which has a local instance (In progress) like project 5 - the language pair is available.



Recommendation:

Please ensure your project is local
Ensure you have the analysis report

thanks for your reply but as you can see from the below pics, my project "cantieri gennaio" is a local project and is "in progress". I also have the analysis report but nothing has changed.
