I'm translating with Trados Studio 2022 using the Deepl App. I work on 2 PCs, one with Windows 11 and everything is fine. The other PC has been running Windows 10 and suddenly Deepl did not work anymore. I have updated the second PC to Windows 11 but nothing changes, the target window remains empty. I have tried to reinstall the application, but to no avail. Can anyone help? Thanks a lot.

Please check your DeepL subscription, to ensure you have no limits/restrictions, especially if you mention it suddenly stopped working.
Open the integrated appstore from inside Studio, in Add-ins>RWS AppStore and download DeepL plugin from there.
Open a simple file in Editor, go segment by segment and see if DeepL gives you results.
Is it working now?

Hi Oana, thank you very much for your reply. Reading in the Community I found another person with a similar problem. He was told to run the Freshstart App and so did I. After removing the old folders I downloaded the Deepl App as you said, and now it works again in my language pair (Italian to German). Thank you very much, Anja
