If the icon is green it means you haven't enabled the checkbox to create a shallow copy of the project.

So depending on this option on/off, you will have these 2 colors:

I'm not sure how you got to select only the reports but you can manually go to the path where the saved versions are located:

\Documents\PostEdit.Compare > select Versions and pick the folders you want to compare and with the arrow down load them on the left/right side:

Thanks a lot for your reply. I finally managed to create versions with blue icons for a given project and to generate a comparison report. :-) 
However, as I tried to do the same for other projects, I was not able to create the copies. Whenever I tried, I got the following indication:

I saved the translation and confirmed the segments before doing this.... I've also already uninstalled Post-Edit Compare and reinstalled it.

Is there something else I can do?
