AI professional term recognition doesn't work

HI, I have successfully downloaded and installed the AI Professional Plugin in my Trados Studio 2022 SR2 - 17.2.12.19268. I have an account on the OpenAI platform, paid for some credit and successfully generated an API key. The test connection works, and all is well but AI Professional doesn't seem to recognise any of the terminology from the termbase linked to my project, despite having ticked the checkbox "Enable terminology-aware Translation suggestions". What am I doing wrong? Why are the suggestions disregarding the termbase? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

for AI Professional the log are located here: C:\Users\[YOUR-OS-USER-NANE]\AppData\Roaming\Trados AppStore\AI Professional\Logs\*.txt
