Hi all,
I am trying to use the DeepL plugin with STudio 2022 & 2024 in the language combination ENuk_NLbe, but I do not get any results from DeepL not in pretranslation in batch or segment by segment.
I have the latest versions for bot Studio 2022 and 2024 and also uptodate DeepL plugins.
I tried creating different source and/or target languages and TMs but nothing worked.
When using the DeepL with other diles iin other language combos it works.
Can someone help me?

I have the same problem since the last update (version: 7.0.8.2). I tried to change my API-key, but it didn't help either.
Do you have a solution for this?
No, unfortunately not. Changing the API-key was a try but it did not help.

Please can you check in Project Settings> Translation Memories and automated translation> Search section if you have the option "Lookup segments in MT even if a TM match has been found" selected?
Another option is to ensure you have DeepL listed on top in the providers list, to make sure DeepL is the first one to lookup in the hit results before going on to the other TMs.
Let me know if we're on the right track for this!

The option you mentioned is selected. DeepL is listed on top in the provider, but no results in Translation Results from DeepL.

I'm sorry to hear that. However, if you remove the update, you can't install the previous one, unless you have the installer saved to a location in your PC.
I'd suggest additional steps to take into resolving the issue:
1. Delete the plugins from these locations:
%APPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\18\Plugins
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\18\Plugins
c:\ProgramData\Trados\Trados Studio\18\Plugins
That way you’ll start with a clean sheet, nothing will try to load into 2024 that should not be there.
2. Install the plugin from integrated view, inside Studio.
3. Check if it gives you results when it's the only provider in your project and as you find positive results, add the other TMs and providers.
Apart, any other details about your project would be useful.

Dear Oana, unfortunataly nothing changed. I did all the steps you suggested, but in the Translation Results there are no result from DeepL.
