Glossary Converter not launching

Question

Hello, 
 Glossary Converter wasn't opening for me when I tried to launch it from my desktop and from the Windows search bar. I uninstalled, restarted my computer and reinstalled from Studio 24 app store (I'm using version 18.0.1.2259) but still no luck. Any ideas?

 The glossary converter is an independently installed application and has nothing to do with Trados Studio unless you want to be able to convert to SDLTB or SDLTM files. So whether it starts or not is unlikely to be influenced by Trados Studio or MultiTerm. What version of the Glossary Converter are you working with? Current version is 6.4.9138.
