No permissions for Mantra TMS System (plugin for AEM)--Need to add users to a server

Hi Team,

I am trying to get the plugin for Mantra TMS (TMS Commute) ready in Trados Studio 2022. Unfortunately, when we try to add a server, we get an error message about the person not being in the system. I do not have administrative rights. Is this something that someone at RWS can help us with? We would like to add some users to our system.

Thank you in advance.

Question improvement suggestion: Provide specific details about the error message received when trying to add a server and clarify the type of user roles you are trying to assign.

In the meantime, based on the information you have provided, here is a suggested answer to your question:

    Hello,

To resolve the issue of adding users to the Mantra TMS System in Trados Studio 2022, please follow these steps:

**Step 1:** Verify your user role. Since you mentioned that you do not have administrative rights, you will need to contact someone who has administrative access to the RWS Account where the licenses for Trados Studio are managed.

**Step 2:** Ask the Administrator to check if your user account is correctly set up in the system. They can do this by logging into the Trados Studio cloud capabilities and navigating to the Users view.

**Step 3:** If you need to add users, the Administrator can follow these steps:

    - Log in to the Trados Studio cloud capabilities.

    - Go to the Users view.

    - Select the Groups sub-tab.

    - Check the box for the group where you want to add the user.

    - Click Edit, add users in the Users tag field, and then select Save.

**Step 4:** If you are still encountering issues, it may be necessary for the Administrator to remove and re-add your user account to the Language Cloud Account.

**Step 5:** If you continue to face challenges, consider reaching out to RWS Support for further assistance, especially if you have an active Support Contract.
