As you can read in the subject line, I have an issue with my Trados Studio 2024 which I upgraded recently from Studio 2019 - some 2 moths ago. Initially, it worked well, even though there was a signal that the plug-in was still there. Together with a support agent in a chat, we tried to find a solution, but no success. Then, recently, all of a sudden, the cat-tool couldn't be started anymore with a message box indicating the uninstalled plug-in. After having tried instructions mentioned in the article I received from a support agent, nothing has been successful. Eventually, I have been advised to seek for assistance here.
So, folks, could anyone try to suggest an effective solution to this problem? I've even been thinking of deinstalling the app as it is currently on my computer and then install it anew, but not sure whether that works.
