I know that Smart Review would be a better solution for this task, but it is limited to Team, Accelerate, and Enterprise environments, and cannot be used in a Trados Studio + GroupShare environment.

I’m currently testing different prompting options in the OpenAI provider plugin to evaluate an existing translation against the termbase and different style guide rules and have the errors explained by AI rather than automatically corrected. The results in the AI Assistant window are quite good. However, in a real QA situation, the user cannot go through and select each segment one by one.

What I would like to achieve is to have a batch task go through the segments and insert Studio comments wherever errors are found, so that the user can filter for commented segments and review them.

Has anyone tried this and would be willing to share their experience?
