I have been trying to add to the project OpenAI Chat GPT-5 as a translation provider, however, when I enter the newly-generated API, the window remains unavailable:
I have generated the API key several times, but still the same. I have restarted Trados as well...

Hi Yulia Kovalskaya , let's see if we can identify the root cause for this issue. Can you provide the studio and plugin logs?

Hi Yulia Kovalskaya , thank you forwading the logs. I've responded via e-mail with the specific details; the issue is related to an error returned from the server, 'insufficient_quota'
You'll need to followup with OpenAI support to resolve this issue.
However the fact that the plugin is not presenting this error in the UI is something we'll need to work on; already reported and tracked here: SDLCOM-6708
