I don't have the plugin files under Trados Studio :
Under Trados, I have just Multiterm 

Under Studio 2024 and 2022, I have Plugin Bookmarks (under Microsoft Edge)

Please find the app in these locations and delete them - Copy the paths as they and paste them in your Search bar in Windows:

%APPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\18\Plugins

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\18\Plugins

c:\ProgramData\Trados\Trados Studio\18\Plugins

After that, open Studio 2024 and download and install DeepL from the integrated appstore view inside Studio - That way you’ll start with a clean sheet, nothing will try to load into 2024 that should not be there.
