Trados Studio 2021 and deepl

Question

I have trados Studio 2021 installed and today my deepl plugin does not work, I have read that Deepl has changed the use of it for Trados Studio 2021. 
 Does anyone knows if the Deepl plugin(I have a ProDeepl account) does not work for this version now? I have used it last week without any problem. 
 Do I have to update to 2022 Studio?

 Please see here Patrick Harnett's reply - this started happening because DeepL discontinued support for outdated authentication methods used by older versions of CAT tools and changed to new authentication methods. 
 The Trados AppStore Team implemented support for the new authentication methods from DeepL starting from Trados Studio 2022 (i.e.Trados Studio 2022, 2024). This means that the DeepL Translation Provider app will no longer work in Trados Studio 2021 and earlier versions. 
 If you still want to be able to use the DeepL app yes, you need to upgrade to Trados 2024. Upgrading is possible only to the latest edition, not to previous ones.
