No, I'm afraid it's still there despite my deletion of the suggested files from the three locations stated. 
The reason I'm trying to do it is because I too am facing the same problem as many of your other users - DeepL API he authorisation is not working.
I have Trados Studio 2024 so it shouldn't be a problem, but it is for some reason.
Please help. I am desperate!

Is Trados updated to the latest SR and CU? you need to be on version 18.1.3.6657; otherwise the app that was updated for the changes that DeepL did to their API login system won't work, the app was updated for the latest Trados SR and CU.

Will you please check this?

Did you also uninstall the older apps?

Please check in Trados - go to Add-Ins - RWSAppstore to see if you have two of them and if yes, please uninstall the older version of it.

OK, it's working now. I had inadvertently disabled it myself :) Thanks for all your help:)
