Unable to use DeepL in the English to French combination

I add some issues with the DeepL plug-in last week that seemed to be resolved with the update to SR1 and the new plug-in. But I noticed another issue... I can no longer pre-translate from English to French. For example, in a multilingual project from English to French and Italian, the Italian XLIFF file is pre-translated correctly, but nothing appears in the French XLIFF file. I tried some other languages such as French to English or Portuguese to French and it works.

I contacted DeepL and here is their response: Having reviewed your case, we would like to share the following technical note with you, which may be of use: The DeepL API only supports French as a single language code (FR), without regional variants. If your Trados project is configured with a locale such as fr-FR, it is possible that the plugin is not correctly normalising this value to FR, which could result in empty segments appearing.Given that other languages appear to be working correctly, this suggests that the issue stems from the plugin rather than the DeepL API itself. We recommend that you contact Trados Support for a more in-depth analysis of how the plugin handles locale normalisation, particularly if this behaviour has arisen following a recent plugin update.

Thanks.
