Hi,
I've never had any trouble installing apps from OpenExchange, but SDL Wordcount Copy just does not work. The buttons are missing from the installer screens, please see below. When I press Enter in the first screen, it does take me to the second, but that trick does not work in the second screen, so how should I install the app?
Does anyone else have this problem? Do you have any suggestions?

We weren't sure whether you deleted this post after creating it or if it was incorrectly moved into the deleted posts area by the system. It's a good question anyway so I have put it into here.
The answer is related to the DPI settings on your computer which the Studio plugin installer does not respect, so the buttons are "off view". You could download and install the latest version, which also has a few enhancements around uninstalling as well as handling the DPI changes better:
Alternatively you can manually copy paste the sdlplugin file into this location and restart Studio:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12\Plugins\Packages\
