Glossary Plugin and Web Lookup! - Compatibility issue?

Hello, 
 
 One of our in-house translators has experienced issues when using Web Lookup! app. The shortcut Alt +F8 does not show the results as always, so it appears that the keyboard shortcuts have been modified. We checked the last installed apps, and noticed that if we deactivate Glossary Plugin from Studio, the shortcut works perfectly, so it appears to be something related to app compatibility. 
 
 Have you heard about this issue before, and if so, were you able to provide a solution?

Hi Carina, 
 The solution is to change the shortcuts! These apps are made independently of each other and there are so many that it's very likely you'll have the occasional clash. So go to File -> Options -> Keyboard Shortcuts and change them to avoid a clash.
