SDL Legit Unhandled Exception Error

Question

I'm running into an Unhandled Exception Error when trying to run SDL LegIt. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with a fresh download from the Open Exchange, but nothing changes. This happens as soon as I try to select a TM. Please see a screenshot of the error and the stack trace below. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Let's start with the obvious as I have seen this before... did you install this as admin? So not just the admin account, but also right-click and install as admin?

Hi Nora & Paula (apologies for the late response), 
 
This is a very awkward one to resolve. especially if you don't see any messages at all now? Are you sure the files you are converting are actually supported by Trados 2007? Perhaps it's easy to forget that we are dealing with software written a long time ago and till using the old Trados 2007 filetypes... just checking ;-) 
 
Also worth repairing Studio in case something happened to the 2007 assemblies during an update maybe? Also make sure the app itself is installed as admin. 
 
I know you've probably tried all of this but we don't have a lot to go on at the moment.
