Error: Term base to excel via Glossry Converter

Question

Hello Everyone! I am trying to convert my term base to excel via Glossary Converter and getting the following error: Fehler beim Schreiben von Eintrag Nr. 2. 
 Object reference not set to an instance of an object. 
 Could you help me to solve this problem? Thank you very much in advance! Marina

This sounds like it might be a problem with the file given you got as far as having a reference to an entry number. Can you share the file perhaps and I'll happily take a look for you?
