Hello Luisa, you can use SDL Plugin Management to uinstall. Just type it into Windows Start. Regards, Ladislav

Thanks Ladislav,

I removed it manually deleting the files/folders in these locations:

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12\Plugins\Packages\weblookup.sdlplugin

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12\Plugins\Unpacked\Web Lookup\
