SDL TMS TM Maintenance

Hi, 
 
 I am looking to install, SDL TMS TM Maintenance, but am unable to find it on the app store Just wondering has the app been pulled or is there another place I can download the 
 I am currently working the trados studio 2011 SP2R 10.43123.2, according to KB article it was released with SDL TMS 2011 SP3

I've never heard of SDL TMS TM Maintenance. What KB article are you referring to and this might help us respond.
