I cannot deactivate my Trados licence. I am using Trados 2019. I get the following error message:
There are multiple instances of this application running. Close the other instances before deactivating the licence.
I have checked the task manager and there is only over version of the app running, so I restarted my laptop but I still get the error message.
Any ideas?
