Every attemps of restarting the program failed during initial process (the Studio window just disappears).There was NO error message. This happened just after I updated Trados.
I already tried doing a repair, and it didn't work.
I also tried restarting the computer, didn't work either.
If you already found this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001414 and followed the steps given there, then please go to C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\18 and delete the plugin folder there completely. Then follow the steps from there to remove the xml files. Now Studio should start.
