I would like to use this automatic action to change the FTG used. In this case, if the requester is user a, b or c, the FTG would be set in a subsequent automatic action to the appropriate FTG for these users content. I tried piping the user names in Test Project Attribute, but it simply reads the pipe as a character and not an operator.

I can only say that I handle a similar situation with branching and sub-branching in the workflow editor (i.e. IF - THEN - ELSE, etc.). I'm using an older version of WorldServer (11.3) so maybe there is a way to do what you want in a newer version.
I am curious how you are getting the usernames into a project attribute, however. I would be interested in this information if you can spare it.

We have a custom attribute for the user's network ID. Our requesters don't access WS directly; they use an SAP Fiori app to make their requests, and this system passes their network ID to that attribute.
