There isn't a way to do this within the application itself.  But I think you can easily share the settings files:

Not possible with this app.  But you could use the Terminjector from the appstore:

Slightly different Regex language so you may need to edit your rules.  In general it's similar but do note that the Regex AutoSuggest Provider uses the same flavour as Studio, .NET, whereas the Terminjector uses POSIX.
