Hello,
I am using Freelance 2021 ver, and trying to deactivate it in order to move the license to another computer.
However, I get the below error ("An error occurred when deactivating it offline - if it persists, file a support request") when I click the gray button in the image ("Confirm offline deactivation").
Could somebody instruct me on how to resolve this?
