I installed the suggested update on Trados and an error message that I can’t attach in this post. But here is the message:
Windows Installer
The update path cannot be installed by the Windows Installer device because the program to be updated may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade path.
This happened with a new install of windows 7 on a VM.Please advice.
