I am making an application, now.

I am not accustomed to Visual Studio, so I'm making a main part by other languages.

Which edition of Visual Studio should I prepare?

Visual Studio 2013 Community Edition.
It is free and strong enough.

If you are not familiar with VS at all, What language(s) do you use for SDL application ?
The main stream of SDL application will be under the VS umbrella, I believe.

I am accustomed to Delphi, so I thought that I make a main part (as DLL) with this.
However a main part is few volume more than I thought, so I try to reform by C#.
It's for the first time that I use C#.

You can program in any programming language that is supported by the .net framework. For a complete have a look here:

My suggestion would be C# since all the samples are written in this language but also Visual basic can be a very good choice.
