Hi there.
This is a basic question, but just to clarify, is it necessary to obtain a developer license in order to build a third party plugin?
If so, is the license free or is there a fee?
The plug-in would be for Trados Studio 2019 Professional and would be for internal use only.

If you already have a licence for Studio then you don’t need a specific developer licence.
