Dear Community,
I have a question about the Trados API that I would like to post in the "Studio Delevopers Q & A" forum. However, I don't see a way to do this as there is no "+ New" button in the top right corner.

You need to be a member. There may be a red bar at the bottom of your screen which you need to click and request access.

However, there is no red bar at the bottom. When I am not logged in, it is there, but as soon as I am logged in, it is no longer visible. And as soon as I switch to "Trados Studio Developers" forum, I don't see any possibility to ask a question.
Am I missing something?
