I try to find the SDL solution for the following need: I would like to create an interface allowing me to upload a document for translation and translation memories and in return the corresponding statistics. This would be a web application so I search for a webservice. SDL offers many solution, I do not know which is the one that will best suit my needs.

SDL Trados Studio is able to generate an analysis for your files but this is a desktop product and terms and conditions from EULA will not allow it to work in a web application. The other options you have is either TMS or WorldServer which provide the analysis feature under certain terms and conditions.
