Good morning,
I am writing to report that the application does not allow me to open the project packages (see attached screenshots as some examples).
Since renewing my subscription (now I'm using Trados 2024), this problem has occurred countless times. Each time a different error appears, and there is no clear procedure to resolve it. During the most recent incident, I was even forced to reset my entire computer, incurring significant costs at an electronics repair shop, as the malfunction prevented me from working altogether. I would like to have a real definitive solution for it.
