Accessing Recordings

Keeping the learning journey ongoing, the Community Solutions Hub offers access to recordings of past clinics. Whether you missed a live session or simply want to revisit the valuable insights shared, here's how you can find and utilize these recordings:

  • Visit the Clinic Recordings Archive: Look for the ‘Clinic Recordings’ section within the Community Solutions Hub. This dedicated space houses the recordings of all our previous clinics, neatly organized for easy browsing.

  • Search by Topic: Use the search function to find recordings on specific topics of interest. Use product names (e.g., Trados Studio, MultiTerm, Passolo), topic category (e.g., beginner, advanced, API development), or even by specific keywords.

  • Review the Details: Each recording comes with a brief description of the clinic’s content, including the main topics covered and any specific Trados products discussed. This helps you decide which recordings are most relevant to your needs.

  • Watch at Your Convenience: Click on the recording you wish to view. These recordings are available to watch at any time, fitting into your schedule and allowing you to learn at your own pace.

  • Supplementary Materials: Some recordings may come with additional resources, such as presentation slides, Q&A summaries, or links to further reading. Make sure to check for these valuable materials.

  • Share and Discuss: If you find a recording particularly insightful, consider sharing it with peers or in the Community Solutions Hub forum. Starting or participating in discussions about the clinic can deepen your understanding and connect you with like-minded users.

  • Feedback and Suggestions: Your feedback on the recordings and suggestions for future topics are always welcome. They help us continuously improve and tailor our clinics to better meet your learning needs.

Closing "Ideas for Discussion"

To maintain a streamlined and focused Community Solutions Hub, we follow a process of closing discussion threads once their topics have been thoroughly covered in our clinics. This approach ensures that our forums remain organised and that valuable insights are easily accessible. Here's how the process works:

  • Announcement of Coverage: Once a topic suggested in "Ideas for Discussion" is selected and scheduled in a clinic, we'll update the original idea with an announcement at the top. This lets all participants know that their interests have been addressed and will be covered in a live session.

  • Link to the Recording: Once the clinic is over we’ll also provide a direct link to the clinic's recording in the Idea. This ensures that anyone interested in the topic, whether they participated in the live session or not, has easy access to the insights shared during the clinic.

  • Marking as Delivered: The thread will be marked as ‘Delivered’ or ‘Completed’. This status change serves as a clear indicator that the community's needs regarding this topic have been fulfilled, and the discussion has reached its productive conclusion.

  • Archiving the Thread: After marking as delivered, the thread may be closed for further comments to keep the focus on new and ongoing discussions. However, the thread remains accessible for reading, allowing users to revisit the valuable discussions and guidance shared by community members.

  • Encouragement to Engage Further: Even after a thread is closed, we encourage members to continue exploring related topics in the forum and to participate in upcoming clinics. If new questions or related discussions arise, members are welcome to start new threads, fostering ongoing learning and engagement.

  • Feedback and Continuous Improvement: We welcome feedback on the process and the clinics themselves. Your suggestions help us refine our approach to ensure the Community Solutions Hub remains a vibrant and responsive community.
