I think we should change the filter on verified responses so that it is not the default. If you have a long thread and click on the link from a notification it then takes you quite some time, if you know what to, to turn off the filter so you can see the post and also to navigate to the end of the thread to get to the post to respond.
If the default was to display all then the user could use the display to filter on verified if they wanted it. Currently it means users don't even see all the valuable conversation as it's all hidden by default.
