Where the workflow steps for a project all require the same Source file (Originals), instead of copying the Source into each handoff in the PM-OUT folder, could we have the LxD Teams copy the Source from a subfolder in the 'CurrentSource' folder? This would save hours of PM time by reducing the amount of times the source has to be copied into every handoff in the workflow.
Alternatively, the Originals could be placed outside of the handoff packages and loose in PM OUT, thus only requiring the PM to copy the Source Original once per workfkow.
