Cant login using moravia email

HI,

When I try to login using my moravia account it shows 

" This username may be incorrect. Make sure you typed it correctly. Otherwise, contact your admin ".

but I am absolutely sure that the email is correct. That is why I cant use the Cisco AnyConnect vpn to login to SRT Halo. 

Although I can use my personal work email to login to workzone.

What is actually wrong here and how can I fix this ?
